How it Works
A3i specializes in integrating a customer’s existing material order management systems with the Oracle® Transportation Management system to create a single seamless, real-time, order-to-cash supply chain management system. As an independent supply chain systems integrator, we operate as your business process outsource associate to configure your physical information flow from a material order all the way through any mode of transportation to delivery.

First, the system optimizes your orders to create a daily transportation schedule. Then, it selects the optimal carriers, based on your contracts, tenders the schedule to the carriers, and monitors your shipments in real time from pick-up to delivery, proactively responding to any issue that may arise. Finally, it uses the information already in the system to generate reports and execute financial settlements.
