Landstar Operating Companies Earn ATA Safety Management Council Awards

The American Trucking Associations’ (ATA) Safety Management Council has recognized Landstar operating companies with fleet safety awards for 2023.

The winners were determined based on the carriers’ accident frequencies for the given year.

For 2023, Landstar Express America, Inc. received second place in the Van/Small Truck Delivery, Unlimited Miles Category.

In the General Commodities Truckload Line-Haul, 250+ Million Miles Category, Landstar Inway, Inc. and Landstar Ranger, Inc. received second place and third place, respectively.

The winners were recognized at the ATA’s April 2024 Safety, Security & Human Resources (SS&HR) National Conference & Exhibition in Phoenix, Arizona.
