Landstar System, Inc. ranks 53 out of 500 companies on the Forbes 2023 Best Midsized Employers list published February 15, 2023. To be considered, the employer must have 1,000 to 5,000 U.S.-based employees. Then, workers from the participating companies were asked if they would recommend their current employer to friends and family (on a scale of 0 to 10), and to cite any other employer they would also recommend.
