Insight From Landstar's Chief Executive Circle

“Success is not the key to happiness. Happiness is the key to success. If you love what you are doing, you will be successful,” French-German theologian, philosopher and physician, Albert Schweitzer once said.

In any successful individual, you will find passion, drive and commitment to a job well done – the kind of qualities found in Landstar’s Chief Executive Circle inductees.

Every year Landstar agents representing the best of the industry are inducted into the Chief Executives Circle during the annual agent convention. Each new inductee is an agent of record with Landstar. The agents inducted into the CEC have generated a minimum of $40 million in Landstar revenue over 10 or more consecutive years.

The CEC Gold Level is the ultimate recognition of success as a Landstar agent. This award honors the agency’s long-term performance and commitment to excellence in both customer service and safety. Gold Level inductees are required to have a minimum of 15 consecutive years and $125 million in Landstar revenue.

Ten agents were inducted into the CEC Class of 2015 this year, seven were recognized as Gold Level agents – and all have found their individual keys to success.
