Please put safety first, follow state and federal advisories, and monitor official websites that provide information and resources about storm preparations, response and recovery:

BCOs are also advised to monitor the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration and pay close attention to local weather conditions.

Agents should be aware that some loads may be affected by restricted travel routes or delayed due to weather and road conditions.

Landstar is not expecting any disruption in service at its Jacksonville service center due to Hurricane Florence or other storms that are currently approaching the East Coast. In the event that customers cannot reach an agent in the storm path, they should be advised to call Landstar Customer Service at 800-241-0263.
